This is another machine I was sent to Germany to assess and learn how to program. This machine was purchased in 2001 and cost £170,000.
I have sole responsibility for maintaining the CAD machines and for ensuring effective and efficient cutting lines are calculated.
I also developed a training programme for new operatives. As this newer machine runs on a Windows platform I was also able to establish remote connections to both the CAD machine and the actual CNC cutting machine for the provision of additional support while off site.
