This was a work based course where to qualify I had to demonstrate I could satisfactorily meet objectives set. This course was delivered by Reid Kerr College and consisted of the following: –

- Contribute to the Planning, Organisation and Evaluation of Work
- Create, Maintain and Enhance Productive Working Relationships
- Provide Information and Advice for Action Towards Meeting Organisation Objectives
